• With over a decade of experience in Yoga and wellness.
• Serving as the Acting Director of Vivekananda Yoga Anusandhana Samasthana (VYASA), Kolkata.
• Former Assistant Professor at Dong Seoul University in South Korea.

My journey includes receiving the Gold Medal Award from Dong Seoul University for outstanding teaching, contributing as a Member of the National Executive Committee for Arogya Bharati, and playing a pivotal role in establishing the Hindu Swayam Sevak Sangha (HSS) in South Korea.
